ARCHIVE COPY of 2003 Registration Information, Fees, Form


2003 Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. No auditions or tapes required for any registrant.

Qualified applicants will be chosen according to the date of their postmark, on-line registration, or fax. All applicants will be notified of their status within a few days of receipt of their completed registration.

A complete registration must include: a registration form and appropriate registration fee.
